Pampering: 5 steps to pamper yourself




So maybe the past few weeks you partied hard or maybe you worked hard.

You don’t have to try all 5 steps at once…

1. Make your face glow! 



After the holiday season, with the parties… the heavy make up routines… and the lack of sleep, your face needs special treatment so it will get back looking beautiful and healthy.

2. Take care of your feet!



We usually forget to take care of our feet even though they are doing the hardest work of all: They squeeze into high heels, they walk, they run, they carry us all around!! 3. Press “pause”
